We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment, during busy periods it may take longer, especially for hand knitted and hand crocheted gifts made to order. 

Orders are sent First Class via Royal Mail for the fastest delivery time. 

To help save our beautiful planet, we will always try to reuse and recycle packaging materials when sending out our products.  This will not affect the quality of our products.

Delivery charges for orders within the UK, to Europe and the Rest of the World are based on the weight of the products you add to you basket, so you will only be charged the exact amount of postage required. 

Returns

Your purchases are protected under the Distance Selling Regulations.  If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund.  Returns must be in the original packaging and must be unused and in re-saleable condition.  Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of personalised cards or gifts as they cannot be resold.
