Q.  Do I need to have a PayPal account to shop with you?

A.  No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to shop with us.  You can use all of your major credit and debit cards to purchase our gorgeous products.

Q.  How can I use my credit and debit cards to pay for my purchases?

A.  When you are ready to go through to payment, click on "Checkout" in your shopping basket.  Under Payment Options, click on "PayPal & Credit / Debit Cards".  When the payment screen appears, click on "Continue" to enter your credit or debit card details.  This is PayPal's secure payment processing gateway which protects you from credit and debit card fraud.  This is the safest and most secure method of payment as we do not see your card details.

Q.  Can I have any card personalised?

A.  Yes you can have any of our beautiful greeting cards personalised with your own special message or just the person's name, we can pretty much do anything so the sky's the limit!

Q.  Can I have a card made especially for me?

A.  Yes you can commission any type of card you want.  Have a look at our Commissioned Cards section to see what other customers have had made especially for them.

Q.  Can I have cards and gifts sent directly to the person I'm giving them to?

A.  Yes, you can have any of our cards and gifts sent directly to the person you are giving them to.  You just need to email the details to us when you make your purchases.

Q.  I have a retail shop and I want to stock your cards and gifts.  Do you offer a wholesale account?

A.  Yes, we offer wholesale accounts to retailers who have a shop and want to stock our products.  Please email us with your details.

Q.  I love your products and want to tell everyone.  Can I leave a customer review for your products like I can on Amazon?

A.  Yes you can leave a review for all of our products.  Simply go to the product you have purchased and click on "Write an online review".

Q.  Do you offer loyalty discounts to your regular customers?

A.  Yes, loyal customers who buy from us regularly will receive promotional discount vouchers throughout the year.

Q.  I can get a "personalised greeting card" from moonpig.com.  What makes your cards better than moonpig?

A.  Moonpig does offer "personalised cards", but all of their cards are plain, computer printed and mass produced, so they aren't unique.  You could do the same thing on your own computer at home!  Our cards are 3D, carefully and individually hand crafted using gorgeous materials, and are designed to be kept forever as keepsakes.  You won't find better cards anywhere else!
